My Story
I've spent my career working inside companies like LinkedIn, PwC, and Southwest Airlines—building the systems that decide who gets hired and why.
At LinkedIn, I helped design the skills frameworks that power their AI recruiting tools. At PwC, I worked with executives on how they think about talent. At Southwest, I helped redesign how they manage their workforce.
But here's what actually matters: I'm really good at helping people interview and land interviews.
I've been doing this since college when I worked in the career center. I still volunteer to run mock interviews for friends, former classmates, and pretty much anyone who asks. I've lost count of how many people I've helped go from stumbling through "tell me about yourself" to actually landing offers.
If you're in your early-to-mid career (whether that's your first job out of school or a few years in), you probably know the frustration: you're qualified, but you're not getting past interviews. Or you're getting to final rounds and losing out to someone else. Or your resume sounds like everyone else's and you have no idea how to stand out.
I don't do the "fake it till you make it" thing or teach you to be someone you're not.
We work on getting better at talking about what you've actually done, practicing until interviews feel less like interrogations, and figuring out how to position yourself so companies actually notice you.
The work is straightforward: mock interviews until you stop overthinking every answer, resume edits that make your experience pop, and learning how to tell your story in a way that doesn't sound robotic.
The goal? Show up to interviews as a confident, clear, compelling version of yourself—and land roles that actually fit.
